Exchange Policy

We want to ensure you are satisfied with your purchase. In the occasion that you’re not, we are happy to offer an exchange if the merchandise is returned within 14 days of the customer receiving and in it’s original condition. For all exchanges, please e-mail us at info@mollyg.com. We will be happy to assist you!

Please include your first name, last name, and order number inside the box. This can be a printed copy of your order or handwritten on a note.

Molly G covers the cost of shipping for all orders shipping above $150. However, for all returned merchandise, it is the responsibility of the customer to pay for postage and shipping.

Once the return is received, we will send out the new item you are exchanging for. Please note, there may be a pending balance due, or a refund being issued depending on the exchange. Please e-mail info@mollyg.com so we can advise on the process.

 

Return Policy

We understand. Sometimes a purchase doesn’t always work out. In the occasion that you’re not, we are happy to offer a refund. The merchandise must be returned in its original condition within 14 days of receiving, we are happy to offer a full refund minus the original shipping cost.

Once the return is received, we will refund the original form of payment, minus original shipping cost (if there was any). If you provided an e-mail on your original order, you will receive an e-mail confirmation that the return has been processed. Please allow a few business days for the refund to post to your account.

 

Responsibility

All returns being sent back are your responsibility until they reach us. Please ensure they are packaged nice and neat to avoid any damage during the parcels return to us. A bag being damaged during the return period may result in a non-refund do to our policy of the merchandise needing to be returned in its original condition. 

 

Being Fair

Molly G handbags strives to be a fair fashion partner. However, if see any unusual activity or suspect that our return policy is being abused (I.E. Returning worn merchandise, returning an excessive amount of purchases), we may need to sever the relationship. 

 

Returns Policy after 14 days

Unfortunately, we are unable to offer refunds after the 14-day period. If you return an item back after that time frame, we will have to ship back to you and will have to ask you to cover the shipping cost.

 

Damaged Goods

We’d like to say this never happens, but we’re human. In the rare occasion it does, please e-mail us at info@mollyg.com so we can take care of you and the issue.
